MY ART STORY
As an artist born in a small country and having traveled extensively for study and work, I bring a unique blend of personal experiences and perspectives to my art. Initially, I explored various styles and techniques, drawing inspiration from masters like da Vinci, Picasso, and Kandinsky. I even created ‘Interpretations’ in their styles. However, in 1999, I held an exhibition in Singapore titled ‘Farewell to Masters’, making a shift towards developing my personal style.
Since then, I have focused on abstract forms using acrylics and mixed media on paper, canvas, and wood. Abstraction offers me the freedom to express my voice creatively, allowing my art to evolve continuously. This journey has been about discovering new ways to convey my emotions and experiences through art.
